Salute to Coach J Hunt for his Support , participation , enthusiasm and presence supporting the students in comroderie with the fathers. He like most of the fathers were determined to showcase their abilities as well experience playing the game. There was some friendly banter and competition, yet still a community affair all through the sense of fathers day appreciation.

Defense, Footwork, & Balance.

"Defensive slides are more than just shifting and pivoting or opening up" Coach Gav states. Defense has very specific intentions and details when it relates tonproper execution. Student learned about Kicking out that Outside foot and using the inside leg as a anchor. Stepping out of the frame and side stepping without crossing your feet is a fundemental concept. We will use the agility ladder as a guide and tool for proper footwork and positioning.
