The 7 seasonings on my plate, and why I use each one and no.5 will probably blow your mind😌

🌿 Thyme: Add to hot oil. The oil unlocks its flavor. Earthy depth + antioxidants.

🟡 Curry powder: Bloom in oil with your base before adding liquid. Warmth, color, and complexity.

🧄 Garlic powder: A great substitute for fresh garlic. Saves prep time and won’t burn.

🦐 Crayfish seasoning: Our umami. Savory, smoky depth.

🍃 Moringa powder: Stir in at the end, off the heat. Iron, calcium, and a rich green color.

🌶️ Red pepper powder: I add it to the base of my meal so the heat builds from the start.

🍗 Chicken seasoning: Instant savory flavor. Taste first, since most blends already have salt.
