I’m so proud of this body of work and it holds a very dear place in my heart. I wasn’t really playing cello at all before I started playing in Sharkpit, I didn’t think I was good enough and lost a lot of self esteem with music, but this project helped me fall in love with the cello again and I will forever be grateful to these humans for that :) last pic from our first gig back in 2024 at @hundred_years_gallery where we all accidentally turned up in black turtlenecks.

I literally play cello every day now, have started doing a solo cello thing, started doing string arrangements and cello recordings for lots of people, all of which I genuinely did not see being something I could do, the songs on this album started all of this. It’s been a long labour of love, and now, my heart is full 🕊️
