Ab muscles protecting my back…

It’s very important to keep them Ab muscles strong to deal with lots of issues in life. I gotta deal with Facet Sclerosis, other folks may have different issues. Either way, don’t skip those Ab exercises🫵🏽💯

Pre-hab or rehab, a strong core will pay off ✨💎✨

Another beautiful Tuesday🤩

It’s cooled off out here in LaLa land, even had a little rain over the weekend.

Hot or cold I’m still pushing or pulling with old, and new exercises.

Hope the new week is treating ery’body well🙌🏽💯

Out of all the “abilities”….

AvailABILITY might be the best one🎰

There’s time to crush it at the gym, to kill a round of cardio , to enjoy a relaxed stretch session , and to shop for fresh food!

Make the time to get those results, because it will pay off🏆💯

Push split for pre game workout…

Oregon🐤s are in town and this is a BIG game!!

Push routine from the bro split. All bands for Tri and Quad extensions. Not going heavy, just staying stable through the bounce. Whole different feel, and I like it!

Nothing better to handle my team’s chance to shine, or 💩 their pants than a workout! Pull day today and I really like the variations here versus the standard exercises.

Hex grip Vs Standard grip for deadlift…

Standard deadlift demands more posterior chain action.

Hex bar deadlift demands more Quad action and less low back action. With a neutral grip, and center of gravity within the weight frame, this is my winner🏆
