I’m sure we’ve all heard of creatine and how amazing it is for strength improvement. @_futureface has combined it all in 1 with their 365 Creatine Complete sachets made with 5mg creatine monohydrate (the most backed and researched kind), 6mg astaxanthin (for skin support and antioxidants, and 75mg niacinamide (for energy metabolism) + electrolytes!

I just finished a 30 day supply of 1 sachet per day and I found major improvements in strength like being able to increase my barbell load by at least 25lbs, my muscles appear way more defined, and I’ve been told my skin has been glowing lately.

Creatine is not just about lifting heavier. Beyond its benefits for strength and performance, it’s also being researched for its potential in brain function + hormonal support in women!

Thank youu @_futureface for sending me over 365 Creatine Complete to add to my routine 🤗🫶🏼

What have I added to my skincare routine?? It's in my drink 😋 😎 @_futureface

CreatineComplete makes it so easy to take care of myself, by combining creatine, electrolytes and antioxidant support together in a yummy sachet!! I'm a sensitive skin girl with a very minimal skincare routine so having this antioxidant in my drink really helps! Then making sure I'm hydrated and getting my creatine too?! Yesssss

Check them out! You can also get them at my fav @organicwarehouse

The skincare industry has a problem.

Somewhere along the way, we turned aging into something women should fear, fight, and spend thousands trying to reverse.

We have normalized complicated routines, endless products, and the idea that looking younger automatically means looking better.

But where is the conversation about skin biology? Nutrition? Hormones? Sleep? Longevity?

I am not against skincare. I founded a skincare and wellness company.

But I am against an industry that profits from making women feel like aging is a personal failure.

I did not build Future Face to sell women another version of their 25-year-old selves.

I built it because I believe the conversation needs to change.
Less fear. More science.

Less correction. More prevention and support.
Less anti-aging. More pro-longevity.

We’re not here to fight aging. We’re here to age stronger.

𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 💗

Creatine has been part of my routine for a while, but I love learning about the benefits that go beyond the gym.

Women may have substantially lower endogenous creatine stores than men, which is one reason creatine supplementation is especially interesting for women’s health, performance + brain energy.

I’ve been adding 365 CreatineComplete into my day: 5g of creatine monohydrate for strength, performance + cellular energy, paired with astaxanthin, niacinamide and electrolytes ✨

And one of my favourite parts personally —> 𝗡𝗢 𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚. Research also suggests that creatine doesn’t necessarily cause the bloating or long-term water retention people often associate with it.

One little sachet, added to my afternoon routine.

Thank you @_futureface for introducing me to 365 CreatineComplete 🤍

My skincare routine is officially going beyond the surface🤍
•
•
I’ve been taking 2 Future Face Skin Nutrition Gummies a day and I love how easy they are to add into my routine.
•
They’re formulated with AstaReal® astaxanthin, vitamin C + vitamin E and are designed to support skin health from within — including antioxidant and hydration support. ✨
•
I especially love that the focus isn’t on “anti-aging,” but on supporting healthier, stronger-looking skin as we naturally age.
•
A little daily skin nutrition from the inside out 🤍✨

Two supplements you’ll hear me talk about ALL the time: creatine + astaxanthin. 💪

They’re staples in my recommendations for athletes, but surprisingly, there aren’t many products that combine them.

That’s why I love Future Face! Creatine + AstaReal® astaxanthin in one powder, plus electrolytes and niacin for an easy addition to your post-workout recovery routine.

They also make creatine + astaxanthin gummies AND a face lotion I use every day for healthy, hydrated skin. Trust me when I say I am glowing... it's because of this face lotion.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know creatine and astaxanthin are two staples in my supplement recommendations.

Creatine has decades of research behind its benefits for muscle and performance, while AstaReal® astaxanthin has extensive human clinical research supporting benefits for muscle recovery, exercise-induced soreness, endurance, and performance.

What I love about Future Face is that they actually put the two together!

Creatine supports muscle performance and training adaptations, while astaxanthin provides powerful antioxidant support and helps support a healthy inflammatory response and recovery from exercise. Add electrolytes + niacin, and it makes for a really convenient post-workout recovery formula.

They also have creatine + astaxanthin gummies, plus a face lotion that has become part of my daily skincare routine for healthy, hydrated skin 😁
