From pink knee pads to playing college volleyball I’ll be forever thankful for all the life lessons, friendships, and love that volleyball has given me. I am thankful for every coach and teammate I have had over these last 10 years that have poured into me and helped me become the player that my younger self would be proud of. And just like that… it all comes to an end. I am so blessed to have been a student athlete at SWU for 4 years. This accomplishment is something I have worked for since 7th grade, and I am proud to say I have finished what I’ve started. I have been pushed physically, mentally and spiritually through this experience and am thankful to have grown into the person that God has called me to be. I am thankful for my family who has supported me since day one. Without them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am thankful for my friends and the people closest to me for motivating me. We have created so many beautiful experiences while playing the sport we love<3 I’m thankful for my teammates and the growth we have made throughout the years. Volleyball gave me teammates and transformed them into the best friends I have ever had. I do not know what I would do without them🤍 I’m thankful for SWU Volleyball @swu_wvb and the opportunities I have been given through this program. I will miss it dearly, but know that this is not the end of the road. It will be missed, but it’s time to flip the page and move on to the next chapter. So much love, #11🩵
