After holding space for my @mindfitretreats Zanzibar, this trip to Brazil hosted by my business coach @cherellejay, is what I chose to fill my cup and so far it’s been all that and more.

I’ve learned to be VERY intentional about who I share my energy with. Travelling across the world with people is something I choose carefully, the people you surround yourself with matters just as much as the places you go.

Your environment will either nourish you or drain you. Choose wisely!

Put yourself in spaces that expand your vision, make you feel free, and with people who pour into you as much as you pour into them. Make connections that feel like peace, not pressure. That’s both the kind of space I create, and choose to be inside.

Brazil with these women has been such a beautiful adventure, I’m so grateful to be here! 🇧🇷🫶🏾
