Besides the squat peak, I’m not doing anything impressive at the gym. I’m not even recording most of it because it’s The Work. Repairing my brace and my low core / erector / glute medius stability. Getting full scapula movement so my nerves recover from brachial plexus compression. So enjoy this boyfriend-angle photo from America’s Strongest in the meantime.

Photos from the parts of ASW that were vacation instead of competition.

Family dinner with the boys. @jannylifts is the reason I ever competed in powerlifting in the first place. Then I coached @jaded_jare and @deadliftleo4 thru their first powerlifting meets. I’m so proud of the men that you are becoming. Seeing you all literally made the trip 🖤

Photo evidence of the 1 hour spent in the hotel pool.

That last pic is a “BJ” roll that Mike ordered 😂.

I’m exactly where I want to be.

America’s Strongest Woman 2026. Last place.

This is my 4th strongman show. I was injured for half of prep. I went anyway and put up the best fight I could. I am very proud of how I showed up.

I got used to winning in powerlifting. I changed sports to find more competition, to become a beginner again. Ladies and Gents: I nailed it.

There’s lots to learn. I made an overconfident jump on log that cost me points. I ran a 275 husafel in training for 90’ but couldn’t pick the America Shield in comp.

I PRed. Don’t listen to Lucas, that deadlift was a 20lb all-time PR and I hit 3 reps. I’d never ran a 520 frame prior to the show.

The points don’t reflect my effort. I was only credited with 1 stone but I loaded the second one 3 times (it got wedged into the rubber mat).

To the Open Women, thank you for setting the bar for my first pro show. You are all so strong and so motivational. I hope to see you all again soon.

In conclusion: I’m not injured. I made new friends. I walked into the Olympia as an athlete and I left feeling like a winner. I am exactly where I’m supposed to be. I will see you all at the Arnold Pro/Am!
