Being introduced to working out was one of the best things to ever happen to me 🤸🏾

You mostly see / hear about people who want to lose weight and how tough it is, but gaining is just as difficult.

Regardless of where you’re headed, you gotta get your mind right and lock in — we’ve got ways to go 🚀🤝🏾

Over the past year, I’ve been challenging myself to live a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been committed to working out 4x per week and actually being mindful of what I put in my body. I’ve always struggled with my weight and the gym and I could never make it it past the 60 day mark🤣 It’s been a tough journey, but I couldn’t have done it without @_gkamp @_uncleg who continues to hold me accountable and keep the workouts interesting✨😁

Do you want to see more fitness content?
