💗🔥 A TYPICAL SATURDAY IN THE BOOKS WITH THE CITY LEGENDS FAMILY! 🔥💗

We had the fellas join our sis Britt for her Butts & Gutts class, and when I tell y’all I WAS FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE… PLEASE believe me, I am NOT exaggerating that workout was NO JOKE! The legs were exhausted, the abs were burning, and the sweat was outrageous 😂

I’ve got a whole new level of respect for all the women who push through these workouts and take their legs to the EXTREME! Y’ALL GOT IT! I’m just trying to survive out here! 😂😂

Please tag anyone you see in the video.

We all rocked our PINK in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗🎀 — showing love, spreading awareness, and getting this work in all at the same time!

🎥 CHECK OUT THIS FULL BOOT CAMP REEL because the sweat, the laughs, and the struggle were ALL REAL! By the time we finished, I was DRENCHED! 🥵💦💪🏽

City Legends Family, we don’t just show up — WE PUT IN WORK! 💯🔥

Even on the weekends, the work gets done.

Saturday afternoon, me and my bros putting in overtime and getting an intense back session in. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just work.

I started surrounding myself with people I can get rich with—not poor with.

And rich doesn’t always mean financially. You can be rich in discipline. Rich in spirit. Rich in character. Rich in dedication. Rich in vision.

Those are the people I want around me.

I had to separate myself from the people I was getting poor with—not just financially, but mentally, spiritually, and in my ambition.

So if we don’t talk anymore, understand… we’re probably just not walking the same path.

Pay attention to who you surround yourself with. Your circle is either building you or breaking you. 🔥

Recap of the Flex & Zo Show at Ebony Fit Weekend! 🔥

Y’all already know when me & Flex are live, it’s TIME We’re all jokes over here and have officially vowed to NEVER be serious!

We basically hit ALL the afternoon classes, starting around 12 PM and didn’t wrap up until 5 PM. Talk about an AMAZING experience! 🙌🏾🔥

Now I’ll be telling a whole lie if I said I wasn’t completely DRAINED by the end of it. But the networking, connections, energy, and overall experience? UNMATCHED.

This weekend was definitely needed, and I’m so grateful for the memories and the people we connected with.

Already looking forward to EFW ATL!

See y’all there!
