Found a pair of corn molds at the thrift store and immediately had plans. 😂🌽

Salted egg, white cheddar & scallion cornbread sticks—wrapped in banana leaves because these little babies deserved an outfit. Buttery, sweet-salty, and cute as hell. 💚

We love R&D days to play in the kitchen (:

These are a few of my favorite peeps… and bites tonight. @conceptcoffeesac… Ty… known this dude for awhile now. He made the best apple forward savory and sweet espresso drink I’ve ever had. I’m never going to sleep… @camdenspitandlarder had an incredibly yummy bite… so did @seventhstreetstandard @canoneastsac @kinthaistreeteatery and @binchoyaki

Behind every dish at the Tower Bridge, there were laughs, rushes, complicity, and, above all, an amazing crew. How incredible it is to work under pressure when you are surrounded by wonderful people. Memories that will last forever! 🎬✨#midtownsacramento #towerbridge #visitsacramentofood #sacramentofood #sacramentofood @marle2552

If you weren’t in the room THIS dinner, you missed something special. 🥂

One year ago, The Immigrant’s Table started with a simple idea: pull up a chair, and let food do what it does best — bring people together. This past week, we got to watch that idea come full circle. Different backgrounds, different stories, one table.

Huge thank you to @theroost916 for opening their doors and hosting us so beautifully, to the incredible cocktail menu that kept the night flowing, and to every single guest who showed up ready to connect. And to the Immigrant’s Table squad — none of this happens without you. Here’s to year two. 🧡
