Ever wondered what the term COP stands for? Or what world leaders are actually discussing at the conference?

COP 31 is only 5 weeks away and during the countdown, I’m going to be #sharing some key ideas and information surrounding the conference 🌿

This video breaks down what the conference is, it’s origins and key components 💚

This October, we’re exploring the weird, wonderful and sometimes downright spooky side of nature. 🍂👀

From strange sounds and mysterious behaviours to fungi that look like they belong in a Halloween story.

We’re starting the #SpookyNatureSeries with one of the most unsettling sounds you can hear after dark…

The eerie scream of a fox. 🦊

What should we explore next? Let me know in the comments! 👇

£245 for @asisterhood through my Pilates fundraiser as part of my @miss_wales_official journey 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, donated and supported the evening — and a special thank you to @asha.pilates for an amazing class! Let’s just say… we definitely worked for that £245 😅🔥

It means so much to be able to use my Miss Wales journey to bring people together, raise money and support causes that are important to me 🤍
