As most of y’all know, I decided to spend my summer in Panama City Beach Florida with a discipleship program called Kaleo. Kaleo has been one of the sweetest, memorable and life changing experiences of my life. These past 9 weeks have shown me the beauty of surrender, the joy of living in fellowship, and the privilege of making Christ known.

“And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching”
Hebrews 10:24-25

Kaleo wasn’t just an experience, it was a season of transformation. I got to witness God move through so many people including myself. This summer, the Lord has taken me from death to life. He has opened my eyes in new ways, softened my heart and deepened my love for His Word. He reminded me that true life is found in him alone not the world.

Although Kaleo is over, I’m not coming back the same person who left. I want my life to reflect Christ and be a light that shines in the dark. I’m coming home ready to labor for the Kingdom, to boldly share God’s truth, to point the lost to Christ, and to love and pour into others the same way Christ has loved and poured into me.
