What started as a storage garage is now a safer, more functional space for the College Heights community.

From clearing debris to rebuilding with purpose, this was all made possible through teamwork, service, and commitment.

Grateful for every volunteer who showed up and put in the work. This is what impact looks like.

Rotaract is proud to partner with College Heights in restoring and repurposing their storage garage into a safer, more functional space for the community.

Phase 1 kicked off yesterday as volunteers removed the back wall, cleared out years of debris, and hauled everything away for proper disposal. This is just the beginning of a multi-step project that will help College Heights better serve local families and expand their outreach efforts.

Special thanks to the leaders of this phase Elliot Idehen, Niklas Thiel, and Gabriel Sanchez for guiding the team and making day one a success

2024 what a year you’ve been with coaching.

A lot of memories made with a lot of people. From my youngest to my college goalkeepers and players, I thank y’all for allowing me to be apart of your journey of growth. What 2024 came too, I only expect 2025 to be bigger and better. I wish I could tag everybody and had more pictures of the countless sessions and practices that what made my job the best job in the world. The countless early mornings and late evenings with these people is what has made everything worth it.

If your new to my page, Torrez Performance Training is a soccer academy that offers soccer specific speed, strength, agility sessions and trianing for both field players and goalkeepers working primarily in the Abilene, Dallas, and East Texas Area. If you or someone you know is interested please feel free to share my information with them. Thank you all and let’s see what 2025 has in store !

EAST TEXAS CHRISTMAS BREAK SESSION

Back in town for a few days prepping for the Kings League World Cup Nations with TEAM USA in Italy. Knocking out a technical session with a few college/high school players who I’ve trained for a few years now staying sharp over the Christmas break.

Nothing fancy, nothing crazy. Simple drills at high speed for maximum result and effort. Started off with basic passing patterns into some dribbling into some small sided games.
