Wednesday group brought the heat as always!!💨🔥

The best athletes don’t just show up with talent, they build it one rep at a time. Every week this group gets a little sharper, a little more explosive, and a little more confident. That’s what happens when you stay consistent and compete with people who push you to be better.

If you’re serious about getting faster before your season starts, stop waiting. Come train with athletes who bring the energy every single session.

🚨 Friday Speed Class | 10:00–11:00 AM

We are off to a great start! Today we got after it. Our Main focus on the day was building power and working on our ground strikes and shin angle. Our athletes crushed it!! Every rep was with intentions to create force and attack the ground.
