How many unforgettable days in a row can you have before those things that made it so special start to lose their magic? To me, this is one of the themes I’ve come away with this winter. On top of that, a ridiculous number of unforgettable moments, once in a lifetime opportunities, and days I wish I could re-live forever have fulfilled me beyond my capacity. Lucky doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel to have the people and the places I get to exist with every day! And yet so many of those days seem to float by, where I find the magic fleeting and the excitement jaded by “not-good-enough”. It’s ironic how even in the heir of perfection you can still feel the urge for support and change every now and then. That being said, it’s not my time yet! The people feel like family and the place feels like home. I’d never let a good time slip by without appreciating as much of it as I can - and I’ll continue to do so! It’s just important for me to be honest with myself and aware of looming pessimism while I re-calibrate for another summer of unforgettable action, magic and excitement. Optimism is one of my strong suits, but disregarding a feeling is just as disingenuous to me as it is to those around me. It all comes down to this thing called balance - maybe you’ve heard of it ☯️

To be clear, even though this is a more pessimistic post than usual, I’ve had a hell of a good season. Too good, one could even say!! In the end, nothing but love to everyone I’ve crossed paths with this winter. Peace love and happiness, onwards and upwards as always 🫶🏼
