A huge thank you to Heather Butler @_heatherbutler for pouring into our girls this summer and fall through her weekly skills camps. From the very first session, it was clear that she brings so much more than basketball knowledge to the court.

Heather is a consummate professional, an incredible motivator, and an amazing point guard. She challenged our girls, encouraged them, taught them new skills, and most importantly, helped them build confidence in themselves and their game.

Thank you, Heather, for investing your time, knowledge, energy, and heart into our girls. They are better players because of you, but more importantly, they believe in themselves a little more because of you. ❤️🏀

We’re already looking forward to the next sessions!

Nashville Hyrox here we come!! 🙌🏽

Hyrox is one of the biggest fitness competitions all over the World right now. I’m not one to usually go along with what everyone else is doing BUT you know I love a good challenge.

Getting a ticket to Hyrox was wild but somehow Heather and I managed to get tickets out of 35,000 people.

We are super excited to be doing our first Hyrox here in Nashville in December.

Training starts next week!! 💪🏽

Thank you God. I am so grateful for the opportunities and experiences that come with your intentional love and sacrifices. May you continue to watch over our sisterhood and bless the people who make it possible for us to cut up and create modern day memories. Amen 💐🦋

Come to work with me!

DJing for the @lvaces Foundation during Alumni Week was more than just a gig for me… it was a chance to soak up the history of a franchise I’ve been blessed to be part of.

At this all-white affair, former players, current staff, and alumni gathered to honor 30 years of memories, impact, and excellence.

From the Utah Starzz, to the San Antonio Stars, to our beloved Las Vegas Aces, it brought me so much joy to bring the people who helped shape the franchise’s legacy to the dance floor to celebrate.

A time was had!

Thank you again to the Aces Foundation for having me as your DJ!

Had another great trip to Vegas for the Aces Alumni reunion. As always, big thank you to the @lvaces and Mark for bringing us back & continuing to remind us all how far the league has come and the generations of women that helped get it where it is today. We appreciate you!

It was fun to be able to bring Ty this time around to be loved on by all the ladies. Traveling with a kid is challenging, but absolutely worth it. So thankful to have a great husband to support us and carry all our goods. 😂😋❤️

Heather Butler pulled up and gave us a real one. From becoming the all-time leading scorer in the OVC to chasing her dream in the WNBA, she opened up about the journey, the grind, and learning she truly belonged at the highest level.
A true mid-major great, a University of Tennessee at Martin legend, and proof that talent has no zip code. Respect the mid-majors. 🏀🔥 #UTMartin #OVC #WNBA #MidMajorGreat TheMidMajorsPodcast
