POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Congratulations to my clients Dominic and Lakeshia on officially becoming homeowners! 🏡🔑 I’m truly proud of you both for achieving something you once thought was impossible.

Lakeshia and I go way back to high school, and to now be part of such an important milestone in your lives means a lot to me. They reached out because they were tired of renting and ready to stop paying someone else’s mortgage. They wanted a place to call their own, start their family, and begin building real generational wealth.

We got to work right away. I connected them with a great lender who helped them get approved and secure down payment assistance to make this possible. We saw multiple homes, faced some challenges, even got outbid at one point, and dealt with a situation where a seller couldn’t make up their mind. But we stayed patient, stayed focused, and kept pushing forward.

And then we found the one. A home they truly loved. A place where they can grow, build memories, and enjoy time with family. The home had a few issues, but shoutout to the seller for stepping up and making sure everything was taken care of so my clients could move in with confidence.

Today, all the stress, conversations, and strategy paid off. We made it to the closing table! 🙌

Huge shoutout to @oliviahlucas at @lawyersexpresstitle for a smooth transaction, and @victordaniloacosta from @securedfunding for helping make the financing work and bringing extra support to the closing table.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. It’s never just a transaction, it’s people’s lives, dreams, and future.

Thank you again Dominic and Lakeshia for trusting me. I’m always here for you, and I would love to help anyone you send my way.

Another amazing family, another dream turned into reality. 🙏🔥
