💿”Why the Long Phase?” out now on @goodlandrecords
*Ex-Maritime, The Championship, Carolina, & The Benjamins

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Tonight’s Local/Live with Blood has been canceled due to sickness. This evening’s Local/Live will be a re-air from Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024 with Hello, Face.

In 2017, four musicians that grew up in the Milwaukee music scene playing in beloved bands like Maritime, The Championship, Carolina, & The Benjamins all united to form Hello, Face, a band with a euphonious sound that is best played loudly in a bar on repeat. Their unique sound is a decadent blend of heavy guitar riffs, sweet melodic harmony, and head-nodding beats that will get you singing along with every listen.

Tune in on Tuesday to 91.7FM or stream at WMSE.org to hear Hello,Face.

WMSE isn’t your average station, it’s fiercely independent, free-form, and listener-supported, delivering the freshest sounds across every genre without corporate dictate, and they’re bringing that energy to this year’s Bash!

Boogie Bang kicks things off with a live remote broadcast, then we’ll rock out with Hello, Face before Spacecrime wrecks shop with a full band set. The Milwaukee Dancing Grannies will keep the grooves rolling before Fox Face and Charm School light the stage on fire. Closing out the night, DJ Halfway Jones is throwing down a 2000s Indie Dance Party that’ll have you moving like you’re back with your MySpace Top 8.
