Squat Recap:
honestly squats today were the definition of average, not much to say

192.5kg/424lbs (⚪️⚪️⚪️) +5kg meet pr

Bench Recap: sad to say on the day my best lift felt like my worst, every single time, the long holds before the start commands always get me, still nice to walk away with a 10kg meet pr

125kg/275lbs (⚪️⚪️⚪️) (+10kg meet pr)
130kg/286lbs (🔴🔴🔴)

Deadlift recap: honestly deads are my worst lift, but today they felt like my best, other than the fact i finger tipped my second attempt by accident and it slipped out sadly causing a missed attempt. but on my third, just one of those days where you feel like you could pull anything

165kg/364lbs (⚪️⚪️⚪️)
190kg/419lbs (🔴🔴🔴)
197.5kg/435lbs (⚪️⚪️⚪️) (-7.5kg meet pr) (+5kg All time conventional pr)

“He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.””
