I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who reached out, called, texted, posted, tagged, and celebrated me on my birthday. Your kind words, love, and support truly made my day special.

As I step into 35, I am grateful for the lessons, growth, relationships, and experiences that have shaped me. This new chapter is already off to a great start, and I am excited to see what this year has in store.

Thank you to my family, friends, brothers, and everyone who took the time to show love. I don’t take any of it for granted.

Ten years ago, Spring 2016 became members of The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. by way of the Beta Gamma Lambda Chapter as the “8 Leaders of A New Era.” What started as a line built on vision, service, brotherhood, and leadership has grown into a decade of impact, mentorship, and commitment to the mission of Alpha.

As we celebrate our 10th ALPHAversary, we are proud to present a $1,906.00 anniversary donation to the chapter in honor of the work our line helped contribute toward strengthening and advancing Beta Gamma Lambda. This gift also represents our continued investment in the future of our fraternity through the support of our youth initiatives and college brothers. The funds will be split evenly amongst the college chapters (Theta Rho: VCU & Xi Zeta: Longwood University) and the Young Achievers Program!

Ten years later, the bond remains strong, the mission continues, and the work is far from finished. Here’s to Spring 2016, the 8 Leaders of A New Era, and a legacy of service that continues to grow. 🤙🏾🖤💛
