We went to @bacardi’s stage at @lowlands_fest looking for answers and found, mostly, hot people! Let’s just say, the baddest people in Biddinghuizen know where to find the Hacienda. There were drinks, there was dancing, and there was at least one person who looked like they had never experienced a sad day in their life. Glamcult investigates the phenomenon known as Hacienda. Swipe through for hotties. #NIX18

The tents are down, the mud is slowly leaving our shoes, and Biddinghuizen has returned to whatever it was before 60,000 people showed up to the cultish community gathering that is @lowlands_fest. We’re still thinking about the faces, the outfits, the dancing, and the outfits that miraculously got better after three days of no sleep.

We’re already experiencing separation anxiety that feels slightly disproportionate, but we stand by it. If you are too, swipe through for one last hit of the Lowlands crowd.

LOWLANDS’ FRONT ROW FACES — We hit the barricades to meet the dedicated fans who came for one thing: getting as close to their favourite artists as humanly possible. From Geese to Adéla and Sophia Stel, swipe to see the people who know that the best place to be is front and centre.

Lowlands (@lowlands_fest) day one was a certified success. The lineup was strong, highlights being Adela, Cobrag, JPEGMafia, Blood Orange and Fcukers — whose fanbases we know are always popping. So we hit the grounds to investigate the people refusing to let the general indignity of camping interfere with the outfit. If you’re going to spend three days dehydrated, sleep-deprived and slowly becoming one with the Biddinghuizen soil, you might as well look good doing it (at least on day one).
