✨FOOD RUNZ FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY🫶🏻

Wow where do we begin?! First of all, we just wanted to say a big thank you to each and every person who came to celebrate our lil event. From new friendly faces and to those who have supported us from the start, we are so grateful for all the love you have given us in this past year.

To celebrate, we started the day with a 2km walking group and 5km running group! It was a super hot day but you all smashed it!! We had ourselves a lil picnic with @banhmibayngo’s banh mi which was oh so yummy! And to end the event off, we played trivia and a scavenger hunt because what is an event without games ?!

What started out as a little idea between ourselves, grew into something even more exciting and beautiful so we thank you all for making our hearts so so full!
Big thank you to every person who helped out during the day. Our volunteers, Swae, Jeff, Dylan and May, especially made the day so much smoother, and we really cannot thank you enough for always being so selfless and putting our needs before your own.
Another big thank you to @bjorntorunn for pacing the runners as well as @hungryivy for being our social media girly for the walkers!

Finally, thank you @_hindside for these amazing pictures! We were not expecting anyone to take any photos of us but these all turned out perfect and we really cannot thank you enough for capturing our event through your lens!

For those who were on the waitlist, thank you for showing interest in our lil event!! Hopefully we can host another event in the future so we can meet each and every one of you.

We’d like to officially announce that SWR Track Days are going on break. From our very first Ride Day in November 2018, it has been an honour for us to unite and inspire a range of riders into the track world. 🏁

This isn’t the end of the road,it’s just the turn. We look forward to seeing you back on track again soon!

Thank you for the memories and to everyone involved. See the video for a deep dive into our recent night in April and a flashback down memory lane.

We won’t be completely gone, our street community @sydneywestriders will still be running events, and we’ll still be posting here from time to time so we can relive all the awesome moments we’ve had on track with you! 💪

I’ve always been introverted and shy, but you can definitely say Australians know how to make you feel comfortable. So much so that I now ride with them almost every day 🫶🏻

We’ve just wrapped up a 2.5 hour SWEH committee meeting mapping out our events and initiatives for 2026!! And we can say that….. it’s going to be an exciting year ahead!

There are so many great events, collaborations, and opportunities in the pipeline, and we honestly can’t wait to start sharing what’s coming your way.
