Fiscal Sponsorship Spotlight: NOTHING TO SAY

Synopsis: Nothing to Say is the story of Bridget and Nick, two friends who have frequently been in love with each other, but never at the same time. Bridget is crashing on Nick’s couch in LA while she interviews for a job in his city. He thinks their timing might finally be right, but she’s not sure how she feels anymore. Is their friendship bigger than romance? Or are they doomed to keep hurting each other forever?

Starring Olivia Scott Welch (Fear Street, Panic) and Daniel Doheny (Breeder, Alex Strangelove).

The team plans to begin production in Spring 2027. Support the film through the link in our bio, or help by sharing this post.

✨Artist Residency Updaaaate✨

When we launched the Artist Residency earlier this year, we knew it would be a magical experience, but we had no idea just how vital our artists would become to the Meadow community. We are oh so sad to say goodbye to the Spring Cohort 😭

Over the last three months, we’ve had the privilege of hosting five incredible writers and filmmakers. Luna, Paolina, Chris, Allison and Hayden, we can’t wait to see what you do next 💫

But now... We are THRILLED to welcome our Summer Artists in Residence at Meadow 🥁🥁🥁

🍒🪰Arielle Egozi is is a Cuban-American writer/director exploring identity, cultural inheritance, and belonging within diasporic communities. Egozi won the Femme Filth Fest pitch competition that we hosted at York Manor in May. Through a queer, deconstructive lens, they center characters whose identities are often flattened and overlooked as they navigate contradiction, performance, and self-definition within intimate spaces. During the residency, Arielle will be in pre-production for Florida Fruit Flies, a queer, Latine, Florida swamp story, as well as drafting two features. she bUSY.

👻🔮 Julián Delacruz is a poet and educator working at the intersection of myth, mediumship, and madness. His work has previously appeared in The Bennington Review and Rejected Lit Magazine, among others. Delacruz communicates with ghosts and plays piano in his free time. During his Meadow Residency, Julián will be working on a poetry chapbook and translating his work in both poetry and nonfiction to short film.

Our friend Mohan’s birthday is tomorrow. We celebrated him tonight, and it was glorious. not because of any political BS but because we’re celebrating our friend. We had a fun time.. (what a concept)

Tomorrow , there will probably be fireworks everywhere. I’m just hoping none of them land in the dry brush or start a fire in my neighborhood or anywhere… But.. July 4th is only for our friend’s day because he is awesome.

Photos by @home.skillet & @xtianaddams All #fireworks now belong to @moseypocketfullofposey !! The end !

Going for a run in the desert soon…

Here’s some slides from Q1 demonstrating a clear increase in shareholder value despite global economic headwinds. Uhhh.. me and a bunch of friends are running from LA to Las Vegas in 2 weeks, and I’m going to be really annoying about it, so here are some photos from so far this year
