I’m not even gonna lie… I shocked myself with this one.

They say “these are the best years of your life,” but they never talk about the pressure, the breakdowns, the sleepless nights, or the doubt creeping in every other week. They don’t tell you what it’s like to juggle being a mother, working, paying out of pocket, and still showing up like everything’s okay. But I did that 🤝🏽

I kept this whole journey private until the last year , There were so many moments I wanted to quit. Times I questioned everything. But I stayed. I stayed committed, disciplined, and focused even when life made it hard.

If you know my story, then you know this isn’t just a graduation… this is proof. Proof that I can start something and finish it. Proof that I can push through. Proof that I am everything I said I would be.

I’ve started things before and didn’t finish but this? I stuck beside this. I held it down. I kept my grades up, got involved, and even when life changed becoming a mother in the middle of it all I still didn’t fold. I didn’t drop out. I adjusted and kept going.

Even when financial aid wasn’t coming through and I had to figure it out on my own… I still stood ten toes down. This started as me trying to prove a point. But somewhere along the way, it became bigger than that. I wasn’t proving anything to anyone else anymore… I was proving it to myself.

And now look, ONE DEGREE HOTTER 🔥
