Christmas Sweater Party was fun AF last night. Thank you @nicoleghobadian & @g_bad96 for hosting the party. It's like kick back #2 with the gym homies and I like it!

Talking about life, food, bbq, Cajun vs coonass? 🤣, all the food..macros, working out, prep, fitness industry, work, college, masters degrees, small business, money, finances, America, Joe rogan, Dave chappelle, Alex Jones, Ben Shapiro, podcasting and everything under the sun lol.

Life is good.
Hope yall continue to have a dope weekend!

Today I give Thanks 🙏🏽

To the National Physique Committee for providing a platform for athletes like me to showcase our endless journey and hard work. Thank you to @ribicproductions and the entire team for putting together an awesome event, from media, to vendors and back stage crew. Thank you to all the judges for being fair and square, without your feedback we are blind.
Thank you to each and everyone that have cheered me, encouraged me, inspired me, and motivated me through social media, text, phone calls, and my home gym @24hourfitness.pantherlake A shout out to my dear friend @princessnadiaali for encouraging me to step outside of my comfort zone and dragged me to my first bodybuilding show (back in 2019) Shout out to my best friend and trainer @big_dream1994 For believing in me, pushing me and always holding me accountable to follow through with my diet and training. My family 🥺, mom, sissy, nephew thank you for never doubting my madness for being a stickler about what I eat when I eat and how I eat, sorry for missing all the delicious homemade meals, not sorry tho 🥰😝 My friends, thank you for sticking around even though I haven’t been around, driving miles to witness this moment.
My posing coach @chrisleong74 thank you for teaching me the power of movements and presentation
My bikini fairy mother, Anna Kay 🥺( not on ig)
My makeup artist @blushbybibi for making me look like a Queen 👸🏽
My prep coach @mattpattisonphysique thank you for taking me on last minutes and helping us take my physic to this level.
Thank you God for showing me the way.
Lastly, I wanna Thank Myself for finding the strength to believe again, to be consistent, to have discipline, to be tenacious to have the courage to come from place of Giving and not Getting 🙏🏽
My day one is 10/02/2021 #waironman

It truly took the entire village to make me flourish, and I’m beyond grateful ❤️🙏🏽

Taking the time out to celebrate the Black Owned Businesses that I work for and impact daily. 🙏🏽🖤 God has blessed me tremendously to operate in spaces with Black Professionals that uphold the standards of Excellence. And honestly speaking, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I believe in my community, so I will continue to uplift my community with the skills God has blessed me with.

Ps. And yes, I purposely waited to post this today because I’m celebrating Black History & Excellence all year round.
