It’s June and it’s MY BIRTHDAY MONTH🎉🎊I have had some very unexpected blessings and I continue to thank God for the people that He has placed in my life💎🌞This past weekend was much appreciated Family Time. I went on a 4 1/2 mile walk with my Daughters and Granddaughters and spent time to wish my cousin Antion Addison and his family a Happy Journey to the next bright chapter in their lives. Join me for hill sprints on Saturday, April 26 at 1 pm at Townview HS. I used to just do this with my gym friends, but seeing how big they're doing hill sprints in Houston and Atlanta, I want to see if we can do something major here in Dallas. I will have more details to come in future posts, but help me spread the word and see if we can do something epic.
