Happy Birthday to myself, my life has been a true journey and this is just the start. Many good memories and victories, many challenges and losses, but the defeats brought wisdom and strength for future battles. One of my greatest victories I'm most proud of is my health. I was overweight at a young age, it took time to get here, and now I'm in the best shape of my life - stronger, faster, and more powerful than ever. If I could advise my younger self, I'd say never give up, you are enough, and give him a big hug, don't let others dim your light.
