Val is our lead on content days and if you know anything about her…it’s that she’ll get it done somehow 💀 (no one else is in the room, btw)

‼️FOR THE RECORD- I think everyone has their own separate purpose, aspirations, and everyone’s soul is fulfilled by DIFFERENT things. What’s fulfilling and purposeful to some may not be for others, and that’s the beauty of finding your purpose with the talents and skills you’ve been blessed with. Whether that’s a corporate role, a motherhood role, an entrepreneur role, a service role, a non-profit role etc.. I hope you find yours and live everyday loving what you do 🤍

F U E G O camera roll 🎞️🌋 9hr hike, sleeping on a volcano + seeing/feeling/hearing an active volcano erupt in real time. One of the most unreal experiences of my life

Dear 2025,
you broke me and you healed me.
You forced me to grow, stretched me past my limits, and showed me what a strong bad ass woman I am.

I entered this year promising myself I’d create beautiful memories every single month—and I did. I was so blessed to travel, to see the world, and to experience it alongside the people I love most. Those moments, those places, those shared laughs became pieces of healing I didn’t even know I needed.

Even when it felt like loss stacked on top of loss, pain pressing into places that were already trying to heal, I still rose.

2025 was also what I call a natural people filter. It revealed who was real and who wasn’t. My circle is small enough to count on ten fingers, and I wouldn’t change that for anything. Some people showed their true colors—how deep or shallow their hearts really were. And the few with hearts of gold, you know who you are. I’ve got you for life.

I was wild this year. Maybe a little reckless. But it uncovered new layers of me—the woman I’m still becoming.

There was heartbreak, yes. But my God carried me through it all. And because of that, this year was also beautiful. Powerful. Transformational.

I learned I can stand on my own.
And now… 2026 is the year we rebuild.
I’m ready. 🤍

It’s been about two weeks since we wrapped up our second group trip of 2025 to Guatemala and we’re still riding the incredible energy. Lake Atitlán truly feels like magic. 🌿🪄☀️🇬🇹

Day 3! We spent the afternoon learning about the bees, meeting the amazing women behind the San Juan textile cooperative and wrapped it all up with a night out together. The balance of culture, community, and fun is exactly why we love Guatemala 🇬🇹☀️
