It’s a humbling experience when you get injured and you find out you need to slow things down and implement a lot of stretching into your life to keep your body well & mobile.

Knowing myself, I haven’t done myself due diligence. Many of you know I’ve been teaching & working out for years and stretching has never been on the regular for me.

Massages, Yes! Salt baths,Yes!Acupuncture, Yes!
And rest, well maybe Yes!
However, connecting with my body for full out mobility stretches! Not exactly!

Of course I would cue out stretches for each class I taught but that was the gist of it! So let me get to the point. I want to thank Coach @_j.ordan.c_ who is a most phenomenal dancer as well, for steering me through a flow of stretches…a routine I know I can keep up with! I’ve seen results already after 3 weeks of consistency! My hips and knees are singing high praises!!!

Cheers to me putting my ego in a box and taking the initiative to get a trainer to coach me through so I can become more mobile and heal from my injuries and to practice preventative measures. Cheers to group fitness and personal training working together! We all deserve to have that needed eye and guidance for our best physical selves!

I GRADUATED COLLEGE!
After four incredible years across two cities with @amdaofficial, I’m beyond grateful for all the lessons learned, the unwavering support, and the amazing people I’ve met along the way. It’s been such a fun and wild ride! I’m sad to say goodbye, but so excited to see what the future holds! 🥳🎓 #classof2025

This is from the first time I put choreo on my friends- this was back in March 2023. This take was after a long night of going back to back with the music- so we were toast but, a very fun experience. The three of us at this time were getting ready for our fourth semester knowing that we would eventually out choreo onto one another. While it was a long process, @realmccoy500 and @_j.ordan.c_ made it all worth the while. I do not own copyrights to this music
