IFBB Queensland Overall Fit Model State Champion ✨💙

I am still in shock and utterly lost for words at the outcome of the Queensland State Show over the weekend.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and believed in me, my friends, family, fellow competitors and body building community. I have so much love for you all, this sport, the community that comes with it and the Fit Model Division!

Thank you to the team behind all of this! I cannot thank you all enough for everything you do and continue to do for me. I appreciate you all so much, and I’m incredibly grateful for your unwavering belief in me 🤍

Some honest work from Jacob.

12.0kg between shots.

A little over 24-weeks.

Next to no Body Fat Accretion.

Granted, we continue to gather momentum and eat all the Calories.

But the progress thus far has been tidy yet impressive.

The goal was always to minimise the escalation of Body Fat throughout this period - and clearly, that’s been well achieved.

We have no issues stripping it all back when we need to.

But that’s not the goal.

When that time comes, you’ll see a new man.

And it’ll be fucking ridiculous.

We keep chugging along.

And hope force feeding is far further along the time line.
