Sheku’s been part of Team Stronger from day one ☝🏽

He came in already in good shape. What kept him there was the community.

The Saturday sessions are tough, but they’re fun.

That balance makes it easier to keep showing up and staying consistent.

Alongside that, he’s been working 1:1 with @trainerobi to keep things moving in the right direction.

Over time he’s leaned out, got stronger, and kept it sustainable without doing anything extreme.

That’s what Team Stronger is about.

Good people, strong connections, and consistency over time.

Team Stronger is a men’s community built around training, connection and showing up for each other.

Just a group of guys training together, pushing each other, staying consistent.

Physically and mentally.

Not about being the fittest. Just show up and do the work.

Good energy. No egos.

Train, then coffee and chats after.

That’s it!
