Supports melatonin production: Dimming the lights in the evening reduces exposure to bright light, which can interfere with your body’s natural sleep hormone.

Reduces overstimulation: Lower lighting can make your nighttime routine feel less stimulating after a busy day.

Encourages relaxation: A warm shower combined with soft lighting can help your body and mind unwind.

May help you fall asleep faster: Taking a warm shower about 1-2 hours before bed can support your body’s natural cooling process, which helps prepare you for sleep.
