One night I couldn’t sleep and asked God if He could just hug me so I can feel His warm embrace. I was really in need of his affection and love.

Then I felt the Holy Spirit telling me to hug my husband…(I wasn’t really feeling him this night lol).
As I laid there, Holy Spirit reminded me:

1. When you desire something, give it away
2. Love should be given in spite of any circumstance, any disagreement, and even when you don’t feel like it.
3. Love is a choice

I was really hoping the Lord and I were going to have an intimate moment and drift into sleep but instead he reminded me that we are image bearers in His name.

May our relationship continue to reflect who you are and our relationship with you.

I turned over, I hugged my muffin, I never felt warmer, and fell right asleep.

I choose you every time 🤍

Happy Anniversary my love & Happy Heavenly birthday to your dad, my bonus dad🕊️

Two hearts who love me like their own,
One gave me roots, the other a home.
In both your arms, we never felt alone.
