#tfacincinnati #futbolamerica #ohioelite #kings hammer #mountstjosephuniversity It’s been a long and wonderful journey coaching club soccer these past 25+ years in Cincinnati. I just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful young men and women that I had the pleasure to coach and watch them develop as people. As one of my teams said to me as we parted ways in 2013, “It was not just about the soccer”. And coaching Clifton SAY girls from 2000-2005, with their team names, “Clifton Titans”; “Clifton Bock-Choy”; “Clifton Cloudy-Fastness”; and the dozens of life-long relationships, weddings and funeral. I cherish all the memories and all the good times. I coached for 4 clubs in town, Beechmont, Hammer FC (now KHA), Ohio Elite and TFA. Thanks to all the mentors, colleagues and friends that helped me along the way. Special thanks to Marc Sabin, Darren Gallagher, Mike Cullina and Eric Schoening for helping me along the way and giving me an opportunity to be me. 196 club players coached, President’s Cup Finalist, State Cup Finalist, countless tournament championships, league championships, more than 2 dozen college players, 4 doctors, hundreds of lives launched into the future. But most of all so many happy moments. Dinner at Mama’s in St. Louis, group fun at Frankie’s in North Carolina, Disney games in the pouring rain. I’m saying goodbye to my club coaching career and moving on to, “The Mount”! My new journey begins as an Assistant Coach for Mount St. Joe, working with Head Coach, Anthony Clark, a former u12 player for me at Hammer FC! Enjoy the memories and let’s go Lions! “Futbol is life”!
