BLOOM BABE RETREAT 2024 🍁 I love getting to host my team, pour into them, watch them have so much fun together, and dream of the next year at Bloom Beauty Bar. This is a major highlight for me and just makes my heart happy! This team of girls is one of kind. Our two locations came together seamlessly as one team and really enjoyed each other. They genuinely care about the happiness and success of each other and hype each other up. It’s truly inspiring and uplifting as their leader and continues to push me to be better for them. Big things in 2025 Bloom Babes! Love you all dearly! 🩷

Blooms annual retreat was this last weekend, and it was amazing! I’m so grateful to work in an environment where women truly do support women. The Bloom Beauty Bar team is truly unmatched from any other salon team I’ve ever been apart of. @brittni.harp leads by example and I’m so thankful to have a salon owner that truly cares about the success of every single stylist on her team, and goes above and beyond to help us make our goals, dreams, and visions for our careers AND our personal life a reality. 💗🌸🌹

🤎Bloom Weekend Retreat 2024🤎 Spent the best weekend cozying up, dreaming and planning. Bloom has brought in a whole new idea to me as a stylist, planning and envisioning my future as a stylist. Planning and educating myself for the next steps behind the chair to reach my goals. How to pour into my clients as I am behind the chair.

The best weekend with creativity and giggles with all of our girls. Thank you Brittni for all you have done to create such a special environment unlike anything I have experienced at any other salon.💖

Here is one of my favorites of our sneak peaks by the way best, @micaylafaughtphotography_. And photos with some of the familiar faces you all may have seen in the salon with me at one point or another. The gals that have also been with me through this chapter!!

Now back to celebrating with my HUSBAND!! I’ll be back behind the chair before you know it!

So much fun at our Bloom Ghoul’s Night! We have made this an annual Fall tradition where our team gets together, brings spooky themed snacks, and paints pumpkins to leave out on the front steps. 🎃

We are extra thankful this year for this time with both our Rogers and Fayetteville teams getting to come together and enjoy each others’ company!

We can’t wait for our team retreat in November and the kickoff to our Holiday season with all of you beautiful Bloom Babes!

👻GHOULS NIGHT👻 pt. 1!! I love spending time with these girls during the week, behind the chair but also for fun girly, salon nights.

We spend many hours in the week together rushing around, helping formulate color, making sure each other eat lunch and taking care of one another through our busy days. It is nice that Brittni also incorporates these fun and silly nights when we aren’t worried about work. Loving my work family. 🧡🧡🧡
