First and foremost, thank you to everyone that showed up and supported me throughout my first bodybuilding season. I truly couldn’t have done it without your love and support. I battled through a lot this year including an Achilles sprain that nearly ended it all. If it hadn’t been for the people who pushed me to keep going on those dark days I don’t think I would’ve made it to the stage.

Secondly, I’d like to address the show itself. Do I think my physique was better than where I placed? Absolutely. Was I undoubtedly the winner of either class I competed in? No, and that’s where the work will come in the offseason. We will come back and be undeniable. Let’s get to work @_jamisonhuntley and @huntley.athletics . This offseason, it’s personal. Time to put in the work and LEAVE NO DOUBT.

Over 10 years ago when I was nobody you showed up and made me feel like I was somebody.

I’ve never laughed harder with anyone more than you. I’ve never been vulnerable with anyone more than you.

On days (there were a lot) when my world was crumbling & I had a fake smile on, you could see through it and be the big bro I always needed.

You taught me the meaning of brotherhood. We’d dive into a bullet for each other & as time has gone by we’d dive into a bullet for each others children 🤞🏽❤️

The only thing that’s changing is you get to live on a beach(well deserved) & I still have to shovel my f$ckin’ driveway every winter (f%ck you bi%ch)

I love you dude, but I’m annoyed I have to make this sappy ass post 😂 Enjoy Florida. Dont get bit by a gator 🐊

Finally got to train with my coach in person, check out an incredible old-school style bodybuilding gym, and dial in my show prep.

As my first natural bodybuilding competition gets closer, every workout counts. Grateful for the opportunity and excited to keep improving.
