Two of our seniors had the opportunity to play in the Southwest District Senior All-Star game last night! They both represented Covington very well!!

Whitney went 3 for 3 at the plate and was able to pitch 4 innings without allowing an earned run. She also played some second base 🤔😂

Jayda went two for two with a 3 run homer and a walk. She played around the diamond including even being able to catch for Whitney for two innings!

These two were fun to watch and we will miss seeing them in these Covington uniforms! ❤️❤️

I am so fortunate to have something in my life that makes saying goodbye so hard.

Thank you Jesus for blessing me with this journey and for giving me the privilege of meeting my best friends. I’m beyond thankful for every teammate, every lesson, and every memory this game has given me. CHS softball, you have been so good to me and I am forever grateful for my time in # 24 ❤️

All I can say is thank you God. Thank you for showing me my identity is greater than the game. Thank you for giving me some of my best friends through this sport. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to GLORIFY you and give you ALL the glory. I feel like I am at peace with how this year went because my goal was to trust in the Lord, and give him all the glory and I feel that I achieved that. I’m so grateful for every single person who has supported me through this season, and my teammates for never giving up on me. Thank you to my coaches for always believing in me and helping me get better everyday. One more year to go!!!
