Thank you, AAU. ❤️🏀

What a journey it’s been.

Through every obstacle, every challenge, and every opportunity, I gave this game everything I had. Basketball has opened doors I could have only dreamed of, and I’ll never take a single moment for granted.

Along the way, I was blessed to build lifelong friendships, create unforgettable memories, and meet incredible people from all over the country. Those relationships will always mean just as much as the games.

I want to sincerely thank every AAU organization, coach, teammate, trainer, tournament director, and supporter who poured into me and believed in my journey. Thank you to my family and everyone who has followed, encouraged, and supported me over the years. I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

The work doesn’t stop. This is just the beginning of the next chapter.

Forever grateful. Forever blessed. 🙏🏀

Athletes & Families
As I head into a pause in work, my heart is so full knowing I get to carry each and every one of you with me.

This past year has been something special. Watching you show up: consistently, purposefully, and with so much heart. It has been great. You didn’t just level up your game, you leveled up as people, and that’s an honor to see.

To my seniors: you did it. Watching you grow into a lite athletes, and now heading off to college to chase your dreams; I couldn’t be more proud. Go show them what you’re made of.

To my 8th graders stepping into high school: you are MORE than ready. Hold your head high, trust your work, and remember where you started. Freshman year is just the beginning.

And to the littles: The and strength you’ve built this year is no small thing. You may not see it yet, but I do. Keep going.

I’ll be taking some time away to welcome a new little one into the world 🤍 but I want you to know. I’m not going anywhere. I’ll be back in the fall, and I will be cheering for each of you every single day in between.

My support doesn’t stop at the gym doors. If you ever need anything (on or off the court)I’m here. Please send me your game schedules, your highlights, your wins and your hard days. I want to see and celebrate ALL of it.

Thank you for making the gym feel like home.

See you in the fall. 🏀❤️

Squats are non-negotiable. Single or double leg, different variations to help the specific athlete. Every squat can be modified or challenged to be done well.

Heavy loads, focused form. Master form , stay consistent = building.

Bilateral/Double Leg : for max load.
Single Leg: for balance & stability.

Squats will be your best friend.
