Went to the homecoming game vs Newton-Conover last night at @bunkerhillbears. Got to meet @jacksonl.media, and saw an old friend/classmate for the first time in a while. #highschoolfootball #fridaynightlights #nchsaa #bhhs #newtonconover

TRAIN IT. SEE IT. TRUST IT. EXECUTE IT. 🎯⚡️

Jeremiah Pope showing the exact translation from training to GAME DAY.

Read the blocks ➡️ find the cutback lane ➡️ make one miss ➡️ hit the in-and-out juke ➡️ GET VERTICAL.

No unnecessary dancing. No wasted steps.

Once Jeremiah moves the defender, he sticks his foot in the ground and EXPLODES upfield immediately.

That’s what we want from our RBs:
Vision. Patience. Suddenness. Explosion.

The drills are only valuable if they show up when it matters.

TRAINING ➡️ TRANSLATION ➡️ PRODUCTION.

STOP TRAINING RBs LIKE THEY’RE JUST BALL CARRIERS. 🏈⚡️

Jeremiah Pope is being developed to be a complete offensive weapon.

At Track to Turf, we combine performance training + true RB development because speed, explosion and skill have to work together when the lights come on.

With Jeremiah, we’re developing:

⚡️ Acceleration & breakaway speed
💥 Explosive power
🏋🏾 Strength & performance
✂️ Violent, efficient cuts
👁️ Vision & block recognition
🧠 Understanding run schemes
🦶🏾 Footwork & body control
🎯 Route running & receiving ability
🔥 The ability to create explosive plays from anywhere on the field

The goal isn’t to build an RB who just looks good doing drills.

The goal is to build a player who can press the hole, manipulate defenders, explode through creases, outrun pursuit angles, win in space and become a weapon in the passing game.

That’s what modern RB development should look like.

FAST. EXPLOSIVE. VERSATILE. COMPLETE.

Jeremiah Pope is putting the work in.
Now we keep stacking days. 📈

@_jeremiahpope is one of the top prospects to come out of the Western Foothills 4A/5A Conference in 2026.

As a sophomore in 2025, Pope put together a breakout season for the Newton-Conover Red Devils:

1,168 rushing yards
11 rushing touchdowns
8.1 yards per carry
116.8 rushing yards per game
71-yard longest run
5 games over 100 rushing yards
1,192 total offensive yards

And he did it on just 144 carries.

The numbers speak for themselves. Jeremiah Pope enters 2026 as one of the most explosive players to watch in the Western Foothills Conference — and he’s only getting started.
