Stunning Georgian-Era diamond girandole earrings with acorn drops, symbolizing new beginnings. Online.

Chandelier or “girandole” earrings flourished during the Georgian era, where they were named after the ornamental multi-branched candelabras. These stunning pieces were often fabricated in diamonds or other light colored gemstones set in silver foil back settings with gold backs that caught the candle light. They were designed to complement the high, pinned-up hairstyles and low décolletage necklines of the most fashionable 18th century ladies.

Stunning Gabriella Kiss 18k, emerald & champagne diamond rings.

Dating back to antiquity, emeralds have been treasured for over 6,000 years, with the earliest known mines operating in Egypt around 1500 BC.

Quite beloved by the Egyptian queen Cleopatra who famously had her own mines and was captivated by the vibrance of this beautiful gemstone.

Emeralds are thought to be associated with hope and new beginnings. Fine quality gems are much rarer and more valuable than diamonds and highly prized gemstones.

The photo #3 shows the diamond ring with a vintage 18k snake chain and ridged hoops. Also available.
