What an amazing event with @vivir.con.pasion! 💚✨ We had such a great time connecting & moving. 🎉 A special congratulations to our raffle winner @_jissey! She received a FREE 25-minute assisted stretch session after crushing her workout — the perfect way to recover, reset, and show her body some love. 🙌💪 Thank you @vivir.con.pasion for having Flex’d Wellness be part of such a great event. We loved every minute of it! 💚 Workout ➡️ Stretch ➡️ Recover ➡️ Repeat Also shout out to @beverly__rn mobile IV nurse. . . #FlexdWellness #AssistedStretchTherapy #VivirConPasion #TampaBayTrinityFl #SupportLocalBusiness

Some come for the workout. Some come for the community. Some come for the accountability. Some come for the support. And some come for the whole package❤️‍🔥 But whatever brings you through the door… come as you are! That’s what Pump It With Tash is all about🌺 Saturday was HOT 🔥, but the energy was even hotter! 😂 A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, moved with me, supported our vendors, encouraged one another, and helped create the kind of environment I’ve been dreaming of building. And to our amazing vendors — thank you for sharing your businesses and being part of the experience! 🤎 Every event reminds me that fitness can be so much more than reps and sweat. It can be connection. It can be confidence. It can be accountability. It can be a place to belong. And this community just keeps growing 🫶🏽 Our next Pump It With Tash experience at @hubatbexley is September 26th! 👀🔥 If you’ve been waiting for a sign to come move with us… THIS IS IT. Come solo. Bring your bestie. Come for the workout. Come for the people. Come exactly as you are. We welcome you ALL🌺 📍 Registration link in bio! #PumpItWithTash #VivirConPasion #fitnesscommunity #TampaFitness #Wesleychapelfitness
