‼️Although there’s a time and place for individual work, through countless sessions & results over time; when properly structured group training sessions are hard to beat.
.
📶Whether going through on air work or small sided games, group sessions enable players to get competitive reps against each other while also working on in game qualities that don’t get touched on as much in individual sessions.
.
♾️Compete, learn from each other, but above all else; Have fun while doing so in a training environment that’s positive & prioritizes growth & development.

🏀The game of basketball is not easy whatsoever, so why should your training be easier?
.
‼️Too often players get stuck in mundane or way too easy training regiments that does more harm than good for them.
.
🧠If the training environment you’re in doesn’t constantly challenge you drill by drill or doesn’t force you to constantly make quick decisions each second then you’re not preparing yourself enough for game time.
.
📶The goal as a player wanting to perform to the best of your abilities should involve being able to adjust on the fly & be a great problem solver, & your training should emulate that.
.
🗣️We’re not saying our approach or any other coaches that preach about the Constraints-Led Approach or any other similar philosophy is the only right way to go about training, but the results & science behind it doesn’t lie.
.
♾️Train Smarter, Perform Better♾️
