No matter the sport, we build better athletes. ⚡️
Speed, strength, and smart mechanics—taught in a fun, coached-not-crowded environment. From first-step quickness to clean deceleration and confident change of direction, we help kids and teens move better so they play better (and safer).

Want your athlete to level up? DM “SPEED” to learn how we onboard athletes at POW! (West Loop).

🔥 BIG SHOUT OUT 🔥

Nothing but respect for the Yale Bulldogs football Ivy League Champions and already locked in to run it back in 2026. 💪🏽🏆

An incredible group of young men who represent excellence, discipline, and brotherhood on and off the field. Champions in every sense of the word.

And special recognition to Olinda Miranda & Jeff Marini, Frank Pepe’s Manager’s👏.
Elite leadership standing next to elite athletes. That’s what winning culture looks like.

Congrats to the entire Yale football family. The standard is set… and the mission continues.
Run it back. 🔵⚪️🏈

From the halls of Saint Ignatius College Prep to the football field at Yale, success has never been about talent alone.

It’s the early mornings. The off-season training. Balancing classes, internships, and the demands of being a Division I student-athlete. It’s choosing consistency when no one is watching.

We’re proud to have him back home putting in the work before returning to campus. Athletes like this remind us that greatness isn’t built during the season—it’s built in the months leading up to it.

Keep chasing your goals. Keep stacking wins. Keep showing up.

Bravo! We’re proud to be a small part of your journey. 👏🏈💪

🚨 We made it onto WGN Morning News! 🚨

Today we had the opportunity to showcase what makes our Parisi Speed School at POW! GYM so much more than a speed program.

Yes, we help athletes run faster, jump higher, and become more explosive—but that’s only part of the story.

Every athlete learns how to:
✅ Accelerate and decelerate efficiently
✅ Change direction with confidence
✅ Build strength and power
✅ Improve balance, coordination, and body control
✅ Reduce injury risk through proper movement mechanics
✅ Develop confidence that carries into competition and everyday life

We don’t believe in random drills. Every exercise has a purpose, every progression is intentional, and every athlete is coached based on where they are today.

Whether your child plays football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or simply wants to become a better athlete, our goal is to help them build a stronger foundation for sport—and for life.

A huge thank you to WGN Morning News for visiting us and allowing us to share what we’re passionate about every single day.

Ready to see what your athlete is capable of? Send us a DM or schedule an evaluation and let us show you the POW! difference.
