Your tolerance for tension determines your potential for growth - @stevenfurtick just listened to his sermon Again “make room for the new” such a timely message.. we are under a lot of tension currently and it will either cause growth in you or cripple you in fear.. allow this time of uncertainty to rethink, self evaluate, and strengthen areas of your life that cause no growth in you! So thankful for my home gym currently.. a slow morning and training was exactly what I needed to start my day!! Much love friends❣️ #girlswholift #fitnessgirl #mindset #growthmindset #fit #fitness #gymrat #chestworkout #tricepsworkout #bodybuilding #upperbodyworkout #girlswithmuscle

Conquering doubts, discomfort, and endless self negative talk.. as we ran this morning it gave me the opportunity to speak TRUTH over my baby.. you can and will accomplish this Milano.. you are more then a conqueror son.. over and over I yelled has he felt so defeated.. truth is.. it’s not easy , it hurts, it sucks but... we will over come and it will get easier, hurt alittle less, and instead of sucking eventually become enjoyable.. we will turn our weaknesses into our strengths.. ohhhh I know I’m not only speaking this to my son.. I hope you take this truth and run your race... like I told my son.. everything in life is subject to change if you take action over your life.. love our time together❣️speak life over your babies and yourself... #conqueringdefeat #running #runningyourrace #runner #runningmotivation
