FOUNDATION 10 — SEASON 1 ❤️🖤

To my mentees…
I’m proud of y’all. Proud of the growth, the discipline, the breakthroughs, the uncomfortable moments, the wins, and even the days where you had to fight through it.

Foundation 10 was never just about becoming a better dancer.

It was about building a solid foundation for your career AND for your life.

From the business meetings, dance sessions, workouts, professional development, live performance, photoshoot, video shoot, freestyle visuals, headshots, mock audition, and every conversation in between… my goal was to give you more than choreography.

I wanted to give you experiences. Knowledge. Gems. New habits. Discipline. Confidence. Perspective.

Things you can carry with you long after the music stops.

Because eventually, the bodies change. The opportunities change. The industry changes. But what you KNOW, how you WORK, how you THINK, how you treat people, how you conduct business, and how you carry yourself will continue opening doors for you.

I hope something I said this summer stays with you when you’re standing in a room doubting yourself.

I hope the workouts remind you that you can push past what you thought was your limit.

I hope the business conversations remind you to build something that belongs to YOU.

I hope the photos and videos remind you to see yourself as the professional you are becoming.

And I hope every correction, challenge, and expectation reminds you that I never asked more of you because I wanted to make things difficult — I asked because I could see MORE in you.

My job wasn’t to make the road easy.

My job was to help make sure you were equipped when the road gets hard.

Now you take it from here.

FIFA WORLD CUP 2026🌍🏆⚽️

What an honor it has been serving as the Choreographer for the FIFA Fan Festival pregame experience here in Atlanta.

Our assignment was simple: create an authentic HBCU step show experience for thousands of ticket holders before they entered the stadium. But we wanted to give them more than a performance—we wanted them to feel the culture.

By bringing together Greeks, dancers, and steppers, we curated an experience that celebrated the energy, tradition, and excellence of HBCU life. From explosive step routines to iconic strolls and line dances, every Atlanta match became a celebration before kickoff. The goal was to make sure the fans walked into the stadium already on 100...and I believe we accomplished just that.

None of this happens without an incredible team. Thank you to my G2M Alumni, my mentees, and the new steppers I was blessed to work with…You all showed up with professionalism, passion, and an unmatched energy. You represented the culture with pride every single game. ❤️🫶🏾🫵🏾

Meet “JT” @_jomarrtate_ — born in D.C., raised in Tampa, and built through the culture.

His journey started with Tampa’s “Kranking” style and evolved at Florida A&M University as a member — and later rehearsal director — of the legendary Boyz of Poison.

From choreographing and leading, to hitting major stages — JT’s work has been featured at World of Dance Atlanta and alongside artists like Tamar Braxton, Xscape, Total, and more. His talent has also reached screens through the BET Hip-Hop Awards, VH1, and multiple music videos.

Now based in Atlanta, JT continues to teach, perform, and create — blending technique, experience, and real expression to inspire the next generation.

More than credits… this is passion, leadership, and legacy in motion. 🔥

Real talk…

Not every competition ends with a placement. But every competition should leave you better than when you arrived.

My dancers stepped on that stage fearless, hungry, and committed to the work.

Placement or not… I saw courage, commitment, and growth on that stage.

Through ALL THE BS we endured, the real win is watching my dancers believe in themselves and push past their limits. My squad did just that! 🥹🙌🏾 That’s the real win for me as a mentor.

This is fuel. Back to the lab, but we coming back!!
