It’s been a lot of months of hard work, and today was fun! I love mixing on digico.

When someone asks me, “What does it mean to be Spirit-filled?” my answer is simple:

“It means living every day aware that God is with me, at work in me, and wants to work through me.”

My job is surrender and obedience. God’s job is everything else. I simply try to stay available and out of His way—which, admittedly, is sometimes the hardest part!

The Spirit-filled life isn’t about making much of me; it’s about making much of Jesus and bringing His Kingdom into everyday life.

The moment you commit to building others up is the moment you begin to soar. When your focus shifts from climbing over people to lifting people, God often elevates you in ways you could never achieve on your own.

An eagle rises because of the wind beneath its wings. In much the same way, those who help others rise often discover that God provides the lift for their own journey.

And here’s the ironic part: the world says, “Look out for yourself first.” Jesus says, “Serve others.” One leaves you exhausted from self-promotion; the other leaves you amazed at what God can do through a life of encouragement, generosity, and humility.

If you want to soar, don’t spend your life building a platform—spend your life building people. The higher they rise, the more you’ll discover that God has been lifting you all along. 🦅✨

Exactly what I needed this morning! Jesus ✝️ & caffeine ☕️...and Lakeside provided both! I LOVE our worship team ❤️. Did you know they get there at 5:45am 😬!

Jonathan must have some amazing espresso cuz he always gets everyone going. He's was hollering out, come on 8:15 service 🙌, had me all pumped up 💪. I just love how Lucy has leaned into Lakeside so much 🙏. And it's always a special treat when Josh is there, I get boy band excited 🤣....like he was from my teen years of Lakeside or something 🤷‍♀️.

And I did get to give Shannon a hug after service 🤗. And I got a hug from @eejin2 during service 🤗.

....AND I went SOLO! Which I don't think I have ever before. Phil & Annika are at a wrestling tournament. Bianca was supposed to go with me and then slept in 😴.

Been working hard to get the room dialed in at @lakesidechurch. We are getting closer every day but still have a ways to go. The team is doing great. Happy Easter!

What a Sunday at Lakeside! 🎄

Kids filled the stage for Kids Sing-Along Sunday, Pastor Brian shared an incredibly timely message and we wrapped it all up with hot chocolate and cookies on the patio. ☕🍪

It’s Sundays like these that remind us why we love this place. 💙
