It has truly been the greatest joy and privilege to help charter Theta Phi and watch the sweetest sisterhood grow! @clemsonaoii, words can’t describe the love I have for you! Thank you for trusting me and for letting me be part of your AOII journey, you have forever impacted my life. I’m so proud of you and so excited to continue cheering you on!

Forever grateful for Team Clemson and my incredible ELC teams that made this experience so special. These memories and friendships are ones I’ll cherish forever!!

FITEXPO 2026 RECAP 💪🔥

As the semester is coming to a close we are still reminiscing on our amazing experience at FitExpo! We had the opportunity to experience other instructors’ F45 classes, push ourselves in new ways, and bring back fresh energy and ideas to our own studio.

Huge shoutout to our staff for stepping up and gaining real leadership experience by helping host this event and connecting with other university fitness instructors. The growth, confidence, and teamwork did not go unnoticed 👏

Special shoutouts to Katie, Hollis, Jenn, and Jordan (who even came back after graduating!) for representing us as coaches—you all crushed it!! 💥 And Jenn and Lindsey for absolutely owning the stage 🌟

Extra love to everyone who helped behind the scenes and made this event possible—we couldn’t have done it without you.

So proud of this team and everything we accomplished together ❤️ #F45 #FitExpo #TeamWork #Leadership #StrongerTogether
