The curtsy lunge is a unique variation, and that you’re stepping back, behind, and around your lead leg. It’s not only load your glutes, but it also put them into a deep stretch, and he will fill your glutes more with the curtsy lunge compared to the other lunge variations. Set your goals and hit your mark.

5 Reasons to Hip Thrust

Although the hip thrust has not been around for long, it is one of my top choice exercises to do for my glutes.

Here are five reasons to hip thrust to improve glute strength and aesthetics.
1. It places constant tension on the glutes.
2. It moves the hips through a large range of motion.
3. There is high tension in the peak glute activation position.
4. The bent knee position reduces hamstring contribution and increases Gluth contribution.
5. It is the safest, lower body exercise, and is easy on the lower back when performed correctly.
With the ability to load the exercise with weight, it allows you to create strength goals that clearly measure progress. It’s important to have something tangible to work toward.

Set your goals and hit your mark.

Halloween is centered around eating treats and as we do this I want to share what the calorie count of each of these. Once we eat one we tend to want more and that happens due to the sugar spikes we@get along with the dopamine rush causing us to want more. I am@focusing on not@going over board and taking it one piece at a time. Happy Halloween 🎃 #nutritiontips #halloweencandy #nutritioncoach

The nature of life is to grow! Thank you to my parents, family, & friends for always supporting me on this journey, this is only the beginning🌱🎓
.
I took the scenic route & have learned a lot about myself in the process & resisted the temptation to give up when times were tough
For those of you who are still working on your goals remember to:
✨Set an intention
✨Believe in yourself
✨Keep your vibrations high
✨Work toward your goals
✨Trust the process
.
Cheers to striving for more & doing something about it!🥂
