Another Sunday at the SAUS Ranch. 🥊🔥

Good rounds, good people, and plenty of violence between friends

Big thank you to everyone who came out today to train, spar, help out, and keep this thing growing. The energy is always different when the whole crew shows up.

Same place. Same crew. Just getting better every week.

What a weekend. 🥊🔥

Started Friday at the Valley Fight Series weigh-ins and rolled straight into an incredible night of fights Saturday.

Couldn’t be prouder of Tyler “Vanilla Gorilla” Childers making his PRO MMA DEBUT in the MAIN EVENT and getting it done with a 28-second KO! 🦍💥

And yes… technically it was ground-and-pound with elbows, so I’m officially counting it as horizontal Muay Thai. 😂🇹🇭

Congratulations to EVERYONE who stepped up and competed this weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Win or lose, getting in there and testing yourself takes something most people will never understand. Respect to all the fighters, coaches, teammates, families and everyone who showed up to support.

This weekend also reminded me that sometimes people are fighting battles you can’t see. Things were said and done that I could’ve easily taken personally, but I know there’s more behind it. PTSD is real, and while it doesn’t make difficult moments disappear, sometimes understanding where something comes from makes forgiveness a little easier.

No anger. No grudges. I genuinely forgive him and wish him nothing but peace and the best moving forward. 🙏

Stay SAUSy. 🐓🫏

🥊 “Rhythm, man. Rhythm.”

Some fighters throw punches.
Some fighters make it look like art.

The footwork. The timing. The head movement. The flow.

Move without being there.

Great things rarely begin with everyone realizing how great they’ll become.

They begin with people showing up, sharing knowledge, and sharpening one another—week after week.

The story has already started. This is only the first chapter.
